This machine is equipped with APC (Automatic Pallet Changer) without impairing the features such as the performance, operability, space saving, etc. of the machining center (machine tool). BT15 vertical machining center "SV130"

The No. 15 vertical machining center is compact and space-saving, yet has a wide machining area. The standard spindle speed is 20,000 rpm, but it can be customized to 50,000 rpm, making it ideal for micro-machining of high-hardness materials such as semiconductor parts, watch parts, and jewelry, which was difficult to do at 20,000 rpm.

Cycle time can be greatly shortened by high acceleration and high speed positioning. It also posesses stable cutting ability by a highly rigid box type integrated head. In addition, it can be used in a wide processing range for aluminum only, aluminum, iron and casting.

BT30 horizontal machining center "SH350"

Horizontal machining centers have not yet been widely introduced in Thailand. This is a machine that is relatively low cost and easy to automate, reducing the burden of implementation. E-Loader Series Conveyor System with MC

This is an automatic transfer device mountable in a machining center compactly which originally developed as a machining center manufacturer. X axis of the machining center is used as a transfer drive source, and by increasing the speed of X-axis movement with a rack and pinion gear, enough transfer stroke can be secured. The transfer can be controlled with the control board of the machining center, so it is easy to understand and can be used safely.
